It encourages <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Test_driven_development">test-driven development</a>, frequent integrations of code changes, build automation, and quick feedback on builds. </p> <p> I had a chance to implement this concept with <a href="http://cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net/">CruiseControl</a> when I was studying in <a href="http://west.cmu.edu">CMU West</a>'s software engineering master degree program.
